Andrew Mulero is an experienced IT expert with a vast experience in customer service, technical people management and Continuous Service improvement. He has worked with various IT and Telecommunications giants around the world for over 8 years. Some of which includes Scicom MSC BHD Malaysia, Singapore Telecommunications, Australia’s Telecommunications and Telstra Enterprise Limited both as a Senior Technical Manager.
Andrew has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science (Networking and Security) from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. He also holds an Advance Diploma in leadership and management from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia. Andrew has over the years acquired various Certified and On-The-Job skills which includes being a certified People’s Coach, Cisco Routing and Switching, Lean Six-Sigma (Yellow Belt), Agile Essentials, ITIL Expert, IEMBA Project Management, Certificate in High Performance Management Techniques (COPC), Team Leadership Fundamentals, and Business Intelligence to mention a few. With many courses, work and travel experience, Andrew has exposures with various cultures and problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, GROW, PESTLE, Value Stream Mapping, Lean and Leading Transformation.
