Timothy Mulero is a young and dynamic graduate of Chemical Engineering and he holds a Master degree in Petroleum Economics and management. A certified engineer by COREN (The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria), a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Society of Petroleum Engineer (SPE).

He is a certified project manager with Project Management Institute (PMI) USA and Association of Project Managers Group, (APMG) United Kingdom. With over 16years of experience in project management, he has managed several successful turnkey projects for various multi-nationals in Nigeria and supervised the deployment of multi-million dollars oil & gas plants from China to Nigeria.

He founded Pneuma Project Experts Limited in 2010. A project management training firm that has trained over 3000 youths and professionals in over 27 states across Nigeria and outside Nigeria. He is trainer and a coach per excellence
